StellarVPN is
coming back.

We are testing new WireGuard servers for the rebuilt StellarVPN app.

There is no new public VPN exit available yet. The current Play Store app may still list retired locations; please do not rely on it for VPN protection. We will announce the updated app here after testing.

The website and service API are online. The new regional VPN exits are not open for public connections, and the Android update has not been released on Google Play.
